Ole-Erik is an entrepreneur in the offshore wind sector, and we were fellow PhD students at the University of Stavanger\u2014where his entrepreneurial journey began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our conversation, we cover a broad range of topics: the role (or absence) of AI in maintenance strategies for offshore wind farms, agent-based modeling of such farms, and why offshore wind farms can be viewed as complex adaptive systems\u2014a perspective that hints at how his company originated from a PhD project.
